SuperShuttle will arrive within the 15 minutes of the pick up time selected when booked online. Please be at your hotel’s “shuttle” pickup area for your scheduled pickup.

Airport Instructions:

IAH (George Bush International Airport):  When arriving at the airport please collect your luggage and proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter located in the baggage claim area of Terminals A, B, C, or E.  Please have either your: Confirmation Number, or Group name & Discount Code ready to present to the Guest Service Representative at the ticket counter.  Once you are checked in at the counter, you will receive a boarding pass and the Guest Service Representative will escort you to your van; please note this may take between 15 and 20 minutes.

HOU (Houston Hobby Airport: When arriving at the airport please collect your luggage and proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter located in the baggage claim area of the Terminal (there is only one terminal @ Hobby airport; when you get into the baggage claim area, collect your luggage and look for the counter in the far right corner- when you are facing away from the baggage carousels).  Please have either your: Confirmation Number, or Group name & Discount Code ready to present to the Guest Service Representative at the ticket counter.  Once you are checked in at the counter, you will receive a boarding pass and the Guest Service Representative will escort you to your van; please note this may take between 15 and 20 minutes.

Houston has more than 2,200 taxis in its fleet. 

$6 Cab Fare Anywhere Downtown
The City of Houston has authorized a flat taxi fare of $6 for all trips in the downtown area. This $6 fare will apply anywhere within the Central Business District, bounded by Interstate 45, Interstate 10 and U.S. 59. The fare, in addition to increased downtown taxi stands, provides an easy alternative to driving to lunch, business meetings and activities throughout the downtown area. No surcharges will apply to the fare, which can accommodate multiple riders under the $6 total rate.

The number of downtown taxi stands have increased. These taxi stands are designated areas where cabs can “stand” and wait for a fare. Additionally, there are at least 30 “hailing cab” icons on various downtown streets, which mark that particular site as a three-minute zone where taxis can briefly stop to pick up and drop off passengers.
