Please request that your agent add the UPCI Business ExtrAA number, 535294 to your reservation. There are service fees added when calling in to make a reservation. You may also call American Airlines directly at 800-433-1790 Monday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–12:00 midnight (Central Standard Time) or you may prefer to go online at www.aa.com to make your reservation.
Tips when booking online: AA.com Discount Code is where you enter the UPCI Authorization Number A58H8AH. Business ExtrAA Account Number is where you enter 535294.
CAR RENTAL (AVIS):
AVIS is providing special car rental rates for General Conference. These rates are in effect from October 7– October 29, 2008.
Please call AVIS at 800-331-1600 or your local travel agent and refer to CODE: AWD #A756899 to receive the conference rates or go online. They are also offering special daily rates for the weekend. All rates include free unlimited mileage and are available both in Greensboro and Raleigh.

Return to the same renting location or additional surcharges may apply. All rates include unlimited free mileage. Weekend daily rates are available from noon Thursday - Monday at 11:59 P.M. (vehicle must be checked out by 3:00 PM Sunday).
- Should a lower qualifying rate become available at the time of booking, Budget is pleased to offer a 5% discount off the lower qualifying rate or the meeting rate, whichever is lowest. The attendee must use the assigned Meeting Discount Number (BCD#) and meet Budget’s rate requirements to receive the discount.
